Arrival & Departure Coach Transfers
- Paris (CDG) Airport Arrival Transfer: Flight must land between 08:00 AM – 02:00 PM
- Rome (FCO) Airport Departure Transfer: Coach will drop at Rome Airport by 11:00 AM
IMP Notes for Transfers:
- Waiting time up to 2 hours may apply post reaching arrival hall
- Outside suggested timings, clients must arrange private transfers at their own cost
- No reimbursement for private transfers provided by the client
General Tour Notes
- Children below 12 years are considered as children throughout the tour
- In triple rooms, rollaway beds may be used; room size is usually the same as double rooms
- Tours are subject to all current government regulations
- Local taxes, entrance fees and services calculated as of 1st Oct 2021 – any increase must be paid by traveler
- Air-conditioned coach used for all transfers and sightseeing (as per itinerary)
- If Eiffel Tower has long queues, visit to Montparnasse Tower will be arranged
- Due to limited luggage space in the coach, one check-in and one hand baggage per person is advised
- Services of Tour Manager or local representative while on tour
- If group is small, you may be merged with another group
- Local representative or coach driver may assist during initial part of the tour
- Land surcharges may apply on specific dates (to be notified)
- If any sightseeing is closed, alternate sightseeing will be arranged
